Weekend Chillout @ Zest

It was last Friday. We went for a long drive to Zest @ Big Beach, Puducherry. It is a beach resort located at 16 km from Pondicherry, off Cuddalore road. It is the biggest resort in Pondicherry.

I went along with my family members. That was an awesome experience and I would like to share few things that I really enjoyed.

We were nine of us and we went in car. We started around 12.30 in noon and had a plan to go to the resort and come back. On the way we visited crocodile bank. It is the largest breeding center of crocodiles. It also has a snake farm. We saw lot of snakes, turtles and crocodiles. We also saw how they take poison out of snakes. The people there gave us a info that snakes poison is a kind of medicine. Then after, we continued our drive. We had our lunch on the way.

We reached pondicherry around 4 o clock in evening. We visited Aurobindo ashram and we were admiring the beach and feeling the pleasant breeze by having coffee in Le Café. Then after we had dinner at Karai restaurant in pondy and left from there around 8.30 and reached Zest resort by 9pm on Friday night.
The first time I am stepping into beach resort which I had only heard off. It was lovely place for relaxation. I had a kind of break from my routine mechanical life.

It was like a heaven when I stepped into the AC room in this hot weather. What a cot...I was flat on bed and didn’t feel like waking up. It had bolster pillow and Sofa Pillows on it. Room facilities include 400 sq. ft area, glass walls, open air shower, LCD TV, etc. It was decorated with few night lamps and designer lamps.

We had dance class and they thought us a dance for the song from Passion Fruit The Rigga-Ding-Dong. I enjoyed dancing for an hour.

Since it is situated near beach people there made a sand sculpture. It was an amazing work by them...

Facilities in the Zest include a swimming pool, a Multicuisine restaurant, a beach shack, a sophisticated gym, a large conference room, and a lounge bar to chill out. Activities at the resort include cycling, beach cricket and barbeque.
After staying there for two nights, On Sunday we left the place with no heart of coming back to our routine life. On the way back home we visited Mahabalipuram. There after had our lunch in ‘The Farmhouse’ situated in ECR Road and we reached home around 5.30 in the evening.

On the whole, the trip gave me an unforgettable week end. Even you can take a break from your routine life and do visit places like this and get relaxed, have a peaceful and tension free mind.

Few best things about a woman…

• It is amazing how women are so wonderfully giving and loving. Their love is unconditional and forever. And once they forgive, they really forget. They don’t dig out the heavy artillery, even when they have the best opportunities to do so.

• It is lovely how women manage to hear you out for hours. They never pass judgments. Never say you are wrong. And when you ask for their opinion they give it without managing to make you feel a worm. They criticize without wounding.

• A smile. Now when women smiles, she really smiles. No pretences, she smiles from her heart and speaks with her eyes. It is amazing how many ways women smiles. She has a tender smile, a loving smile, a "what will I do with you" kind a smile. A saucy grin. A smile of gentle indulgence and finally the best of them the complete smile. The smile that says "Whatever you are, however you are, I love you".

• The way they get all in frenzy, when they want to let you know of their achievements. Their eyes say "I want you to be proud of me" but they will die rather than admit it, After all they only wanted to let you know.

• "Do-good" attitude - an undeniable part of every woman. They are out to reform everyone. They will tell you have to reform to be a "better" person. And will be hurt if you don’t want to change.

• A best thing about a woman, it is the perfect mix that makes men goes weak-kneed. The sensuality combined with nurturing, the naughtiness combined with caring, the vivacity coupled with quiet understanding. It is a heady mix and man, it is very intoxicating.

Be proud to be women. HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY

Happy B'Day Latif (1st Dec '09)

First, let me wish Latif a very happy birthday. It was a blasting evening. It was Lathif’s b’day treat in Coffee Day. I met my friends after some 10 months or so. Had a great time, chatting with Fazlu, Akthar, Gokz and Latif, recalling our sweet memories of our school days.. I took my slam book with me when I went to meet them.Just to let them know how their wishes, thoughts, likings, favorites have changed as years pass by.                     Gokul, he doesn’t even remember some of our class mates name and Akthar has good memory power in that matter. But I really liked the phrase which Gokul was saying to Latif. He said, “Ennaku ivala pidikalanaalum eva thoughts pidichiruku da”. That’s a great compliment for me. Thanks for that da. Hey Latif, thanks for acting upon my words and you are as sweet as ever and fazlu, please take care of your physique. Ha Ha Ha..jus kidding man..                     You all know one thing, these people where real enemies of mine during our school days. Yes, life has changed a lot and it brings me a smile when I think of our fights and extreme dislike which I had for them before.Cool guys.
Enjoyed the evening, ate well, had great time.. But it would have been still better if Nana, Ranji, Vinoth and Syed were also there. We were missing you people. I am waiting for our next meet…

Lines for U

Dedicated to u...
It’s the deepest of emotions, igniting
a candle of love
A flame forever burning, so deep for
only you and I
It is the happiness you have fulfilled
inside my heart
That has truly caused heavens angels
to never again cry.

It’s your kind heart that has captured
mine darling
It’s you who holds my heart deep in
your hands
It’s you, who is beautiful as a sunset
over the horizon
And it is you who has left footprints
in my hearts sand.

It’s the way you have expressed your
love for me
That has made me fall deeper in love
with you
It is the way you show your affection
towards me
That made me realize your love is so
pure and true.

It’s your love, written in the pages of
my heart darling
A chapter that will never end as long
as you love me
It’s with you, where I truly know my
heart belongs
You’re the treasure forever buried in
my hearts sea.

Love you Chweeto...

A Visit To Rising

By saying hai to Solaman(Rising watchman) I Stepped into the lift to visit Rising which is in the 3rd floor. Once I entered into Rising, I felt as if I got my life back (Since, the reception area was so chill ;-) and the day was really hot). Happy to see Preeti, Gowri, Abishek, Rangarajan, Vijay, Jambuji and Shakila akka, who were relaxing in reception after their lunch.

Preeti, definitely I have to mention about her. A person who likes me very much with no reason and this is very rare in her case. I came to know about this recently from our mutual friend.(I felt very happy when I heard that, Preeti. Thanks da for ur love & care). We both are from same place and people used to make fun of us since we are tuning the same channel often (Mallu channel). Hey people…you know one thing…Preeti will be very cute in her childhood. If you people want to see her childhood photo and to visit her profile…Click Here.

Rangarajan, as usual was passing not-stop comments for which he is well known and we do enjoy it, and then heard few timely jokes from Vijay, little advice from Gowrika & some philosophy from Mohan. I was happy to know that even Abishek is from my native..

Then I peeped inside the office because I was not supposed to enter into it :-( only Kidhir was visible so said a big hai to him.

Then I met my guide sir (Kandha Moorthi) ;-) and the topic took a small diversion towards Java and stuffs… few fun and critics…Hmmmm…Enjoyed those few minutes. Happy meeting Kiran, Kumar, Barani and Prabakar.

Turned my hand, saw the watch and realized its time for me to leave. While I am stepping out of Rising I met Muthu and Brijesh. Yup it was a fabulous day… A day to make a note in my ‘Book of Memories’. Sweet people…I am missing u all… Rising Rocks.

Meet with Rising Mates @ Barista

It was a hot sunny day.. One hour commitment. Started from my home. After 20minutes drive reached the venue. Ya, it was a small get together with my rising mates @ Barista.

I Parked the vehicle and entered into Barista with gladness to meet my friends after a month. Exited to see Kavitha, Jhansi, Yamini, Preetha, Kani, Jenifer and Menaka. But they didn’t even bothered to seen meL. Hmmm..people busy ordering Black forest cake, cold coffee, chicken wrap etc…and Kavi dog unequivocally said ‘Ush.. let me order first and say u hai later’…

I found a cool character that was new to our group. Then came to know her name was Jenifer. New entry @ Rising.

We got settled in a place after ordering. Yes, we started our chit-chat. We discussed few interesting topics which was really useful to increase the level of our GK ;-). Always the highlight is Kavitha, very humors girl and can feel the liveliness in the way she tell comedies. I was enjoying the whole one hour with her. Preetha and Kani were bit dull. Yamini, a silent killer, Menaka was sweet as always. Jhansi, didn’t shut her mouth, too much of energy even though she was hungry. Jenifer….:-) I don’t know what she thought of us. She was pretty cool. She said since it is the first time she was little reserved. Hope she too enjoyed with us. They gifted me a Pink colour Salvar which was really really pretty. Thank you so much friends.

The day was ‘The day of Hogging’. We had a grand lunch and in between tortured the bearer asking ketchup, water, tissue papers, ect

Enjoyed a lot, Laughed, Smiled after a long time. Its been a month since I smiled. I am so happy that I got a chance to meet u all. Keep enjoying.

Tough Time

Disappointment, breakup, Separation, loneliness, frustration,…. Atrocious words. Hmmm.. Something related to feelings, emotions, bondage… It’s a very tough period to overcome these circumstances in our life. Though we try to avoid facing these situations and try to keep our self happy, not even a single person can escape from this. People really need some solution to over come this. First these words have to be removed from the dictionary or replaced with words such as happy, joy, enjoyment, love, oneness…

Here few tips…

1. Stay away from person or thoughts who/which really bother you.
2. Stop thinking or analyzing your problem.
3. Be occupied with some work.
4. Do not be idle. Make sure you are surrounded with people.
5. Call you friends, share things and relax your mind.
6. Know that, problems are temporary and every problem has its own solutions.

Yes.. Of course.. You have to wait.

What ever happens life has to move on.. Be happy, make others happy. Never let smile drip from your face. Keep Smiling.

I cannot say goodbye

Read it in a paper...You are gone now,
But I am still here.
And as I recollect the sweet memories,
My eye sheds a tear.

I will miss you a lot,
That’s for sure.
For you were like the morning air,
So fresh and so pure.

You were like the sun rays,
That woke me each morning.
You were like my shadow,
Which would be with me till evening.

You were like sparkling water,
Transparent and clear.
I would see my reflection in you
and smile,
But you are no more here.

You were like the setting sun,
Glowing red and bright.
But, you would return again as the moon,
Shining high and white.

I see your face in the stars,
Smiling and so full of joy.
I will never forget you,
And “never say goodbye”.

I can feel the feel...:-(

The Camel (a) My Cheetu

The dromedary, one-humped or Arabian camel has a single hump and is well known for its healthy low fat milk, and the Bactrian camel has two humps. They are native to the dry desert areas of western Asia, and central and east Asia, respectively.

The average life expectancy of a camel is forty to fifty years. A fully grown adult camel stands 1.85 m (6 ft 1 in) at the shoulder and 2.15 m (7 ft 1 in) at the hump. The hump rises about thirty inches (75 cm) out of its body. Camels can run up to 65 km/h (40 mph) in short bursts and sustain speeds of up to 40 km/h (25 mph).
Huh…I know…This is the general information which everybody knows. I haven’t ever given importance to Camel in my life time but recently I got a sculpted camel as a gift from my beloved one and we named it as Cheetu.

Generally, we don’t bother about the things till it plays a role in our life. Before, it was just a camel which lives in desert but now it is my Cheetu.

Even u people would have experienced. The usual thing which happens is that… The destiny of the chocolate wrapper. When u, buy a chocolate for your self then I can say it for sure that the wrapper will go to the dustbin but if your beloved one gets it for you then it’s destiny will be your locker or you may keep it safely somewhere and it seams more precious than your diamond ring.

Even while opening a gift wrapper. If the gift is from special person then it will take at least half an hour to open it or else you will open it in seconds with all your vim. A simple human psychology.

This doesn’t show how much importance you give to that particular thing but the importance given to the person who gets it for you. Each and every person is valued by someone at some point.
You are not an exception….Even you….

Far-fetched Feb. 1st

Again together after five and a half years… In the peak of happiness…
Occasion of Gokul’s sister marriage, met all my school friends. Vinoth, Kadhar, Karthic, Ayyappa, Akthar, Ranjith & Farzu. All grown up guys now. Bit shocking…drastic changes in their outlooks…Then realized they were the same in their caring moral fiber as years before. We had nice fun by recalling our flashback. Punishment from our class teacher for spilling noodles all over the class room… (Stupid Asst. Class leader betrayed it to our class teacher– it is none other than me..Ha ha ha), 2002-03 love stories, current happenings in everyone’s life, shared few comedies but time didn’t permit us to continue, forced to disperse. We were missing Roshni, Nana and Lathif..
Kadhar, Remember?. U have written something in my slam book in 12th - 'Malayala Karai Nayagikku En Vazhthukkal’ . I still remember that. Awesome line man…Thanks.

Balance between love and friendship

Stay in touch
Getting hitched doesn’t mean it’s time to ditch your buddies. Once the initial high of a new relationship wears out, friends are all you will have to turn to again. While giving then solo time may not be easy during the beginning of your relationship, make it a point to stay in touch.

Take time out
Hanging out with your girl/boy gangs late into the nights might sound like something you did in another lifetime once you get into a relationships. But now is the time to make an effort to meet up. A Saturday night with the girls/guys, something special once a month and an annual vacation with your whole gang will make sure you always stay together.

Meet up
While it’s essential to retain your own set of friendship even after you slip into couple Dom, it’s a great idea to introduce to his/her friends too. Occasional house parties where all of you gather is not just fun, but also a healthy exercise for you an as a couple.

Fun @ Rising

That was the first day we entered Rising (The company where I am doing my project). As usual started giggling, laughing, commenting etc etc. Even now I laugh alone when I think of the fun done by my dear, close, sweet and best friend Auto ( we used to call Philomena this way).

First let me give a brief introduction about her and why we call her Auto. She is very understanding and easy going person. But when she start laughing you can feel the effect of share auto getting started, she will make us shake (an effect of earth quake).

We used to make fun of her during our college days since she has a bit problem with her site. Let me start sharing the moment that we enjoyed.

At Rising there was a clock hanging on the wall to our right side. I was asking philo to check out the time since we are hungry and wanted to have our lunch and also I know she will not say the correct time(Reason: I already mentioned above). As usual she said the wrong time, and I was asking her for the reason. She started explaining me that, hour hand was directing that side and minute hand was directing this side. So she thought it seams this would be time.
Oops….. One second.. I opened my mouth and was looking at her and started to blast with laughter by hearing her explanation. Do you want to know why?.....THAT WAS A DIGITAL CLOCK. Oh my god, the whole day and even now I enjoy when I think of that.

Nice to have such a lovely friend. I can expect a kick from her when she meets me next time for publishing this post. But still love you Philo and miss you too.

WAY TO LIVE A HAPPY LIFE

Loving and kindness

Always be positive and love everybody irrespective of caste, creed or colour, you must never inculcate negative thoughts that harm your aura. Try and be more patient and kind as it helps detoxify your system.

Do not worry

Being worried all the time takes away from your being able to enjoy every day delights such as sunshine, rain or just a walk in the park. Clear your mind of anything that can cause stress or take you away from your true nature, which is being helpful and sincere.

Do not be idle

An idle mind is a devil’s workshop. Always be occupied mentally not in self defeating pursuits or materialistic gains, but in discovering your true self. This will help you make peace with the world around you.

22nd November ‘08

This day was the most unforgettable day. We had Nikita’s marriage treat in Hotel Abu palace. Reached the hotel by 2pm. Waiting for all the other and Shiji said she was on the way. finally all of are friends reached. Niki was very cute and pretty in her pink saree. I was very much exited to see all my old friends and colleges. We had a great lunch there. It was very yummy and Jammun was as sweet as Niki.I was chatting will all and didn’t even leave a new joiner, without any introduction started to chat with them. I don’t know what the thought of me. But the whole point is I had a great time. There after, as usual Me, Niki, Niru and Vinu went to coffee day and we had non stop maja with Vinod, because he didn’t shut his mouth. The topic covered little of politics, some official matters, few experience, about rescission and some of our sweet memories. On the whole our chat was all about nothing and non-sense but we enjoyed it. I had a great evening. That day was really a special day for me.

Skip-a-Meal & Change the Fate of A Child

"A world full of love, light and laughter – it’s time has come. Let us make it happen." - Sadhguru

I had an invite from Isha yoga sathsang. I went to attend the meeting this morning, the meeting made a slight difference in my life and we would have never thought of such thing. Are you not sure of what I am talking about..I will tell it for sure.

A meal would seem like such an ordinary affair in our life. But can you imagine that with the equivalent of a simple plate of food, you could help empower a destitute child with quality education?
Sadhguru urges one and all to skip a meal every Wednesday and donate the amount that you would have spent on the meal to Isha Vidhya. With your support, Isha Vidhya can build and run English Matriculation Schools all over rural Tamil Nadu.

Give poor and deprived children the type of education and exposure that they naturally deserve. Your contribution can help them escape a life of poverty and hopelessness. For further details please visit www.ishafoundation.org/skip-a-meal.Just by saving one meal once a week, you can...
· Support a rural child’s education
· Give a child a brighter future
· Help changing the face of rural India

Today they gave me a dump box to save my money every week for the benefit of poor children and for their education. Hmmm… I have started to support this project from this week. And U ?.

Waiting...

Waiting, this is really irritating for us. Isn't it? . Today I really got bugged. From the morning I would have at least waited for 5 hours..

I had to meet a manager of a company regarding my project with my friends. I started from home early morning since it will take time to reach the place. I went to railway station, where one of my friends said she will wait for me there. There it begins.. I was waiting for her. I got embarrassed because people who pass by seeing me with some sort of questions in there mind and giving a sarcastic look. Then she came after 20 minutes. But I don’t want to show my anger to her and welcomed her with my smile.

Then we both had to pick up another friend. There again we had to wait. Hmmm…I thought that I have to teach some punctuality for them. She came and met us by saying thousands of sorry.
We where standing in bus stop waiting for bus. Oops…the weather was too hot and we were wiping the sweat and were expecting the bus. After hours the bus arrived. Then some how managed to reached the office. Shocked to see, none of them where in office and we reached there too early. We waited for 3 hours in the reception to meet the manager. After that he came, we met him. We went through all the procedure regarding the project. Finally, we got the project from that company and it was a great success for us.People will fly once they obtain an expected and a fruitful result and always will forget the horrible situations that they have faced all the way to reach their success. The same way we forgot all that we had faced to achieve the destiny. A great relief after pain.

$NooPY & $MooTHY

Wondering who are they???...These are my pets. I don’t want people to call them as dog and cat, because even they are one of our family members and I want others to call them by their name. The tail is the asset of both my Snoopy and Smoothy. I am not lying. You can check it out from the photo. I learned how to be close with people only from them. They both are intimate friends, except for sharing there food. Snoopy never want to share any thing with anybody and very selfish (Like me ;-)) but Smoothy is really cool and soft natured and very adjustable (Like my sister).

SNOOPY

Love flows from her when we get into our home, any of our family members for that matter. She is very scared of blasting sound and at the time of Diwali she never steps out of the home. She is very found of the place under the cot. She loves to bark for unnecessary things, like she don’t like van or lorry passing our home (sounds funny isn’t it?). Her nature. She is very arrogant and never let any cats or rats in to our home. She will kill it for sure and Smoothy is exception for her. Her favorite food is bread, bun, jileabi, Jangiri and many more (Ha ha ha).

SMOOTHY

Cool and soft natured. Love to sleep all time. His favorite food is dosa that too it should hot and crispy. He will be in kitchen when we prepare dosa and special character of him is he used to climb up on our chair, call us and ask for the food as children do.

I love them so much. I wanted them to read my blog and enjoy reading what I have written about them, but then I know it is not possible…

Im Blessed with Niki, Shiji, Niru, Vinu

After meeting these people I felt that I am really blessed.

Nikita Porwal (alias) Niki Chechi

My sister cum sweet friend, she lead the way for meeting these personalities. Bubbly girl, who has a lively character. I never had seen her face dull. Always she is fresh with her smile and crazy doings. She is very good at managing people and handling situations, which impressed me the most. I learned a lot from her. She is going to get married in few months. I wish her a very happy married life.
Gonna mis u da..
Love you so much Niki.

Shijina (alias) Shiji

My chweet friend. She never talks to me politely. Always very harsh and that’s what I like in her. I can truly feel a hidden love in her words. She is very different from others in this way. She is my teacher of “Dos and Don’ts”. She was my guide if fact.

I generally used to share incident that happened in office with my college friends. Same way I was tell about Shiji to my friend Rebe and she spontaneously said even she had a friend named Shijna in her school days. After all discussion and by telling some identities we came to know that we were talking about the same person. I was happy hear that Shiji is our mutual friend. That was one of my sweet moments.

Niranjan (alias) Niru

The perfect PETA(People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals)boy who has his own rules and regulation. He shares is opinion, gives me suggestion and He is very caring to wards me . We love to make people get irritated and enjoy watching it. Niru… I think you don’t need too much of explanation regarding this. I am reminded of our meet in ‘Ashvita’s Café’. Had lot of fun with him. Can’t forget those days…

Vinod Crispon (alias) Vinu

‘Words from a caring person can change any situation and can boost up you’ I strongly believe in this because of this young man. Most optimistic character. Vinu, was the one who made me to realize about real friendship. I am very lucky to have him as my friend. I love to hear his words when I am down. I am talking too much of his words isn’t it.. do you people want to read some of those ‘Magic words from Vinu’?.

• C m jus encouragng u 2 go by ur dsires.If nt 2 suport each othr, watelse a fren s thr?

• Wil pray dat ur hapines sustains 4 evr....B smart nvr let us hopes drip, n as u knw,ur realy energetic so u mk an awesm package 2 b sucesful. Wil pray 4 u k.

Its really heartening words rite?.

Now you say. Am I not really blessed?. I feel well secured and safe when these people are around me….

Life @ Contempo

Those 90 days of my life was the days which I enjoyed the most. Enjoyed to the core. Since it was my first office, I don’t know how to move with people in office. I continued to chat with all, as I do in my college. I remember getting scolding from my boss. He used to warn me often. I will try to maintain some professional ethics. But it was really hard for me to do that.

My friends list was getting extended each day. I was placed at a superior position in their hearts. I got great friends from there.. I can name few..Shijina, Nikkita, Niranjan, Crispon, Sathya, Ammudha, Vanitha, Ellavarasi, Prakash, Barath…Hmmm..list goes on. I should also say about Ravi anna, saravanan, muthu, chandru..who where my best companion in my office. The best part of our office was ‘Games’ which we had on alternative Saturdays. We will forget ourselves when we are in to games.

On the whole, I had great fun and friendship. I don really remember me working in my office. This was the thing which I am supposed to do first. But…
Fine, let me try doing it at least in my next work place.
